The Riserva is produced in very good vintages only, from Sangiovese grapes grown by selected producers of the Chianti areas, mainly from Rufina and surroundings. Deep ruby red colour.
Concentrated nose, showing plum and berry character. On the palate full and round, with soft tannins and a long fruity, peppery finish.
