Concentrated & dense w/ notes of cherry, plum, chocolate, leather, earth and tobacco flavors. Give it at least 2 hours for aeration to soften the wine & let it open up before consuming with richer red meat dishes, cornish hen, roasted pork shoulder or hard cheeses.
