Ruggeri Corsini Barolo Bussia Corsini is a well bodied wine, with taste of cherries, plumbs, strawberries and raspberries. In the finish we have tones of chocolate, hazelnuts and vanilla . Maceration lasts 15-18 days.
After racking, decantering and malolactic fermentation occurs, the wine is then put to stand in a mix of new, one and two years old French barriques and in Slavonian oak barrels for 30 months. Bottle aged for six months prior to the release.
