Medium cherry-tinged ruby in color. The body is soft and the scents are fresh and elegant. You can find violets, berries, brambles, mint and a touch of black pepper on the nose and palate.
Rose petal, blue flower, menthol and wild berry aromas lead the nose. The palate offers up ripe black cherry, licorice and white pepper framed in firm but refined tannins.
Langhe Nebbiolo DOC is a wine that can be drunk young or left to age for eight to ten years. It should be served at a temperature between sixteen and eighteen degrees and is ideally paired with pasta dishes with rich meaty or vegetarian sauces, meat, cheese and cold meats.
