Bright yellow with golden and greenish hues. Typical tropical fruit background of pineapple and mango. Fresh and juicy on the palate with citric notes and a long lingering finish with a nice acidity. Harvested by hand from vineyards located on the valley terraces and steep slopes of the Val do Salnes, over-looking the Atlantic ocean. Temperature-controlled maceration and vinification of free-run must impart the wine with its unique characteristics of freshness and aromatic intensity.
