The lambrusco and vinifera juices are cool fermented in stainless steel. The wine is then blended, sweetened, and fortified with citrus brandy. Wild Irish Rose 17% Red Wine is 100% pure grape wine. A proprietary blend of native New York grape juice and white grape juice is used. Special care is taken to preserve the delicate, concord grape taste profile and color.
