Resilient Straight Bourbon Whiskey barrels are hand-picked. Resilient hunts for barrels that are well balanced with grain and wood, barrels that really shine and present to the nose and palate. Resilient themselves find these barrels, bottle them, and bring them to market. The label is upfront and honest, with all the information you might need/want: barrel volume, the style of the oak, name of the distillery, bottling location, distillation and bottling date, and proof. In the future, labels will include mash and char levels.
Each Resilient release will be series of unblended single barrels with identical mashbills, lot, age, and ABV.
