Romate Solera Reserva is the youngest style of Brandy de Jerez produced by Bodegas Sanchez Romate. It is a solera brandy, made from distilled wine which is then aged through the solera cask system and then aged two and half years in American oak casks which means that it can be labelled as a Reserva.
