Pale yellow. Usual notes of Gavi in medium intensity, citrus, apple, pear.Young and lively. High acid, med body, lemon zest, minerals, apricot. Med finish. Paired it with pasta with basil leaves, enjoyed it.
Sour, a bit bitter, light bubbles and tastes rather “strong”. Actually seems more of a higher priced wine.
