Description: Saint Benevolence Aged Rum Clairin is Haiti’s premium ancestral sugarcane spirit, crafted from indigenous cane clones that are organically farmed and hand-harvested at the Dorcinvil Distillery in Saint Michel de l’Attalaye. The juice and syrup are naturally fermented with wild yeast, distilled in traditional pot stills, then aged in new American oak barrels for 18–22 months to develop color, texture, and depth. The result is smooth yet vibrant, with warm honey and vanilla on the nose, followed by flavors of cherry cola, raw apple tannins, gentle spice from pink peppercorn, and grapefruit pith.
