Strong tannins created a real bite at first with notes of dark fruit such as black currant, plum, and sour cherry. It finished woodsy evoking cedar and mushroom.
An easy-drinking red that was perfect with homemade ravioli (at a neighborhood gem). Notes of cherry, vanilla and plum on the nose are accompanied by spicy notes of pepper, dark fruit, red berry and Italian herbs on the palate.
