This innovative expression undergoes an additional three-month maturation in American white oak casks that previously aged a rum-based cold brew crafted from 100% premium Arabica beans grown at Hacienda Santa Teresa.
The result is a complex and refined spirit with a reddish-amber hue. On the nose, it offers notes of fresh-brewed coffee, cocoa, charred wood, vanilla, and toasted almonds. The palate reveals a rich harmony of coffee, brown sugar, cocoa nibs, tobacco, and dried fruit, culminating in a deep and smooth finish with lingering hints of cocoa, coffee, and oak.
