It has a beautiful ruby colour, lively and deep. The bouquet is typical, clean, complex and very intense, with strong hints of fresh red fruits and of wild cherry preserve, rounded off by notes of vanilla. The flavour is warm, well-defined and balanced, with an elegant spicy (black pepper), toasty aftertaste.
