Savigny-lès-Beaune is unquestionably the heart of Thibaut’s burgeoning empire, where he bought his first vines after setting up on his own, and where he now has several hectares including premiers crus in red and white.
This wine comes from 70 year old vines in the southern foothills of Savigny and is one of the first vineyards to ripen.
