Sexton Irish Whiskey (750Ml)

Sexton Irish Whiskey was created by Alex Thomas, one of the few female master blenders in the industry. Sexton uses only the finest quality ingredients as shown through it’s mashbill of 100% unpeated Irish malted barley. The resulting pure malt flavored mash is distilled in copper pot stills until it reaches exceptional smoothness before its aging process. For four years, Sexton matured in former Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. This process results in an uncommon complexity and richness in flavor. This Irish Single Malt has reached the heights of best-selling in America. The beautiful dark copper-colored whiskey offers aromas of malt, citrus, orchard fruits, cocoa, and light minerality. The palate is velvety with a medium balanced feel and notes of sherry, toffee, strawberry, cinnamon, toasted nuts, apricot, malt and a hint of mint. The finish is long, with sherry malt carrying through alongside light fruity notes. Sexton Whiskey is wonderful neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail such as a Manhattan or Sazerac.
