Shiloh Chardonnay comes from a new winery (established 2005) in a part of the Judean Desert where grapes have been grown for millennia. Winemaker Amichal Lourie pays respect to this historic land in every bottle, delivering a pale amber Chardonnay with an intriguing green hue.
Medium-bodied, bracing green apple notes harmonize wonderfully with softer flavors of peach and tropical fruit.Shiloh Chardonnay is delicious alongside grilled vegetables, tuna tartare, or fresh bread dipped in fine olive oil.
