The Sierra Catanbria Gran Reserva from the Spanish top winery is only made in the beautiful years. The Gran Reserva is a blend of mainly Tempranillo with a little Graciano from vineyards older than 30 years. The wine is aged for 26 months in American oak of which 25% is new oak and 75% is 2nd or maximum 3rd year. The wine is bottled without filtration. The wine is then bottle-aged for years before it is released.
