The 2017 Dundee Hills Pinot Gris exhibits aromas of green apple and white flowers. There’s a bright acidity on the palate with strong citrus flavors, a hint of honeydew melon and a notable mineral finish.
Crisp and a touch salty, this youthful gris has a pineapple scent that hints at ripeness, but the wine is, in fact, very angular and tense, with jittery acidity that would serve as a foil for lemon-roasted branzino.
