It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, in pure Bordeaux style. Varieties of excellent quality that mature slowly thanks to a unique climate and exceptional soil, rich in marl, limestone and clay. We are at an altitude of between 100 and 300 metres above sea level, which, incidentally, is only a few kilometres from the perimeter of the Estate. Maturation takes place in French and American barriques for 15 months, until a brilliant ruby red colour is obtained. The nose is appreciated above all for the fullness of the fruit, with notes of coffee and hints of Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth, on the other hand, one is surprised by the fine tannic power of this wine, not “rude” but decisive and persistent.
