Created for mixing, their high quality spirits were formulated in partnership with highly respected artisanal distillers, as well as recognized cocktail professionals. The distinctive bottle design was developed with the career bartender in mind and features an ergonomic shape that allows for easy handling and pouring. Cabeza Tequila Blanco is handcrafted by the Vivanco family in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, where they have been cultivating agave on their eight hundred acre mountainside land for five generations. This distinctive spirit perfectly captures the rich earthiness and delicate sweetness of mature agave, while also offering complex layers of green vegetables, citrus fruit, black pepper and earthy mineral. The final touch was to bottle Cabeza Tequila at a higher proof to emphasize its presence when mixed in cocktails.
