Pale straw color. Aromas of dandelion, parsley, baked sweet plantain, tarragon, and hints of ginger and clove with a velvety, crisp, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, complex, relaxed buttermilk, flan, and roasted agave finish.
Nose: Marzipan, stewed plum, spearmint & eucalyptus, caramelised pineapple and olive tapenade. Palate: Rich creamy mouthfeel with hints of chocolate, coffee, pineapple, green pepper and menthol.
