The Crusher 2017 Chardonnay opens with aromas of lemon-ginger wafers, fresh Pippin apple, honey and sweet vanilla. The wine is fermented with French oak giving the final blend rich texture on the palate with toasted hazelnut and baked pie crust flavors. The wine is very well-balanced with a core of bright fruit, layers of flavor and a long, plush finish.
