Sourced from Timo’s infamous Bloody Hill vineyard, this wine is similar to his other Pinot – Close Planted – except it is made with 100% whole bunch. The nose is powerful and wildly aromatic, while the palate is deliciously savoury, with incredible texture and fresh acidity. Put simply, it is an absolutely stunning wine. Great to drink now, but will age beautifully as well.
