Beautiful deep amber color with a pale olive-green ripeness nuance. The aroma is big, deep and elegant, designed with a soft caramel and kolaton that gives a sensation of sweetness, and with shades of nougat, vanilla (drums) and coconut milk. The taste is relatively rich, generous and ardent, yet rounded, with very finely integrated barrels which gives a pleasant bitterness that is balanced perfectly by the dry fruitiness and a somewhat sweetish tone of caramel. The aftertaste is long, intense and complex with fine nuances of dried fruit, chocolate and nougat.
Jaime I is deep, rich and dark amber in colour. It displays a concentrated complex bouquet, with marked overtones of coconut, dried fruits and spices, typical of lengthy ageing. Round and lush, it has the smoothness that characterises great brandies. Jaime I is complex, majestic, with a lingering finish that leaves a velvety imprint on the palate.
