Bright pale gold color; pronounced aromas of smoke, green apple, lemon pith, fresh grass and earth; on the palate it is full bodied and hot, with warming heat and elegant flavors of bison grass, almond, lime, vanilla and subtle smoke; a lingering viscous sensation and clean finish.
