On the nose, there are very noticeable licorice/anise notes, more pronounced than in the Añejo, along with notes of cooked, ripe tropical fruit and green fruits and creamy, custard-like, and marshmallow aromas. On the palate, it’s sweet, very smooth, custard-like, with notes of tropical fruit, licorice, vanilla, and some pepperiness. The finish is very long, with pronounced creamy, vanilla notes, sweet tropical fruit, and a lingering pepperiness.
