Blackberries, roses, honey, moist earth, barnyard and coffee grounds Medium-full bodied, high tannins, alcohol and acidity to go on and on. Dark currants, red fruits jelly, dark chocolate and spices. Lengthy finish with ripe plums in the aftertaste.
Full flavours with a soft middle and length in the finish. Fantastic with lasagne and tagliatelle Bolognese.
