An aromatically rich wine with floral and fruity notes and lots of freshness on the palate. It can be paired with fish, crustaceans or raw vegetables.
On fine lees for 12 months. One month before bottling, the wine from the different barrels is placed in a stainless steel tank for blending. The wine is finally fined and slightly filtered before bottling following the lunar calendar.
