Weinstock Cellar Select is a spectacular wine exhibiting the finest characteristics of carefully selected grapes grown in the fertile Russian River region of California. Displaying top notes of citrus with tropical fruit, the wine is fermented in small barrels followed by aging “sur lie”, lending it a rich mouth-feel with a pleasing oak bouquet and flavor. Pairs well with poached fish, light preparations of veal or turkey, or pasta dishes with light sauces.
