Al Centro! is the whiskey version of Mezcal that is made from mesquite-smoked malt and aged in Tequila barrels for three years.It is made with three malts: mesquite-smoked malt, brewers malt and caramel malt. It is a lighter colored whiskey because it is finished in tequila barrels.
