Willett Exploratory Cask Finish (XCF) project is Willett’s attempt at offering finished bourbons/ryes. To date, there have been only 2 such “experiments”.

XCF 1.0 is Wileltt’sstandard sourced rye whiskey (produced in Indiana by MGP) that was aged an additional 90 days in Curacao barrels. 103.4 proof

XCF 2.0 is an 8 Year Old American Rye Whiskey finished in Lagunitas Willettized Stout Barrels.
