Yarden Syrah is made entirely from syrah grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate and rocky volcanic soil prove to be a successful combination for growing fine syrah. Eighteen months of aging in barrel adds to the wine’s overall complexity and richness. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 65-70 degrees F.
