‘Poligono’ refers to the many faces of a vineyard. Sebastián Zuccardi explores those unique vineyard characteristics through precise grape selections from the individual micro regions of the Uco Valley. Home to the Zuccardi Valle de Uco winery, Paraje Altamira has soils of well-stratified alluvial origin, irrigated by meltwater from the Andes. The Malbec produced from this vineyard has great intensity, good mineral texture with notes of fresh red fruits on the nose. On the palate expressive and refined pure dark fruit flavours of plum and blackcurrant with earthy notes of herbs and spices. A long, fragrant and perfectly poised finish.
