The Tenuta Sant’Agnese Estate in Montepulciano is the home of the Cantine Fanetti (Fanetti Wine Cellars), long established as the premier Vino Nobile di Montepulciano-producing winery. The Estate enjoyed a renaissance in the 1920s, largely thanks to the efforts of the Fanetti family, in particular Adamo Fanetti. The Sant’Agnese Estate encompasses 112 hectares in the heart of the Vino Nobile production area. Today, Adamo’s granddaughter, Elisabetta, runs the Estate with the same passion and commitment, innovating while respecting the territory and its traditions.

The original ruby colour takes on an orange hue over the prolonged ageing process, and the wine assumes a delicate violet aroma and a gentle hint of bitterness, making it a perfect match for roast game and red meat in general. It is a dry wine, and leaves the palate completely refreshed.
