The wine is bright and presents pretty notes of golden apple, pear and white fruits that are nicely lifted by minerality and balanced acidity.(100% Chenin Blanc). Chenin Blanc, also known as “Pineau de Loire,” is grown on calcareous tuffau soils.
The wine was fermented in glass-lined thermoregulated tanks at 66°F and aged on its fine lees with no oak and made in a “sec-tendre” style with just a slight hint of sweetness.
