Kings County Bourbon was created at New York’s Kings County Distillery with local organic corn and British malted barley and was distilled in imported Scottish copper stills. It is pleasingly presented in a simplistic bottle with only the essential information listed.
Nose: Soft fruity notes of citrus oil and pear are detectable through a prickle of cinnamon and plenty of butterscotch.
Palate: A very alcohol-forward palate has plenty of wood spice, vanilla and an underlying note of banoffee pie.
Finish: More woody tannins provide a slightly bitter, spiced finish.
