The Estate dates back to the 18th Century. Jonathan Maltus, maker of the cult wine ‘Le Dome’, takes all that vineyard tradition and combines it with the best of modern, fine wine, wine-making.
Made from Merlot accompanied by Cabernet Franc, it is handpicked and aged in French oak for 12 months. The result is this immediately approachable, rich, velvety, spicy, award-winning wine.
Love the nose to this with ripe strawberries and peaches with orange-peel undertones. Full body, soft and velvety tannins and a long and flavorful finish. Delicious already.
