Dark red colour with copper-brown rims. Bit hidden velvet profumes of the raspberries. Smooth taste with already fine tanins. Fruity to blackberries and in longer juicy aftertaste also bit of black cherry and leather.
This wine has a characteristic deep ruby-red colour. The aromatic nose is fine, velvety, reminiscent of cherry and raspberry. Its flavour is dry, well-blanced, slightly tannic.
Ideal for meals, it is a perfect companion to meats in sauce, poultry, game, pork, egg-based dishes and ripe, full-flavoured cheeses. Serve at 18° in a Riedel Vinum Bordeaux glass or similar.
