Grown in the Limoux appellation which enjoys an Atlantic and Mediterranean influence, ideal for Pinot Noir.
Classic cherry fruit with notes of dark chocolate. There’s a hint of herbs on the nose which adds to the complexity & a light to medium body that will not overwhelm a nice chicke or fish dinner!
