Clay and limestone.
Fermentation in open wooden vats followed by a maturing on fine lees (25% new oak barrels / 75% barrels aged 1 and up to 5 years) for 12 months.
Color: Bright red.
Nose: Subtle aromas of red fruit.
Palate: Flavors of ripe cherry, crunchy tannins, long finish.
