There is a wonderful balance between fruit and herbal flavors in this Cabernet. Black cherry and raspberry marry deliciously with fennel and mint. Providing a backdrop of fullness on the palate are firm tannins.
Pair with Cabernet with braised lamb shank on a bed of couscous, roast prime rib, or duck confit.
Blend: 88% Cabernet Sauvingnon, 22% Merlot
