This elegant and floral white wine is created from the highest quality grapes, farmed in our vineyards of Espiells and Can Massana estates. A careful and meticulous selection of the finest grapes harvested at their optimal ripeness, allows this crisp white wine to hold a perfect balance between aromatic intensity and freshness. An alluring blend of Gewurtztraminer, Malvasia and Muscat, this wine comes from the renowned Espiells and Can Massana vineyards just outside of Barcelona. Named for the light wind that comes in from the Northeast, Gregal boasts aromas of white flowers, fresh herbs and citrus, while nuances of lime zest and lychee fruit appear on the palate. Elegant and floral, the Gregal d’Espiells is overtly pleasant with a strong character.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and unctuous, with a well-balanced acidity and remarkable freshness. Notes of tropical fruit, aniseed and fresh notes of jasmine, orange blossom, bitter herbs, citrus and white fruit. Delicately sweet, with a long, fruity finish. This wine has a beautiful clean, bright straw yellow colour with some golden tinges.
