Ramsdell’s Parrot Silver Rum is our uniquely Western take on a classic spirit—crafted from locally sourced Montana beet sugar and distilled right here in Bozeman. By using what grows close to home, we reduce our footprint and honor the spirit of the frontier: resourceful, bold, and rooted in place.
Its name tips a hat to Montana history and distilling tradition alike. Ramsdell’s Parrot was one of the earliest copper mines in Butte, and “parrot” is also the name of the copper tool used to test proof straight off the still. It’s a little pirate, a little pioneer—and 100% Wildrye.
