This Merlot is produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard, this wine was fermented in stainless steel at 78°. Then aged in French oak for three months. Mid red in color with aromas of ripe forest fruit, this wine has has supple gentle tannins will be good accompaniment to most meat and chicken dishes.
