Naturale is a joint project between Giusto Occhipinti of COS winery in Sicily and Simone Sabaini, founder of artisanal chocoalte producer Sabadi. Organic Zibbibo (Moscato) grapes are fermented with native yeast and undergo extended maceration. A proprietary blend of local herbs and spices round out the concentrated citrus and apricot notes. Delicious on its own over ice accompanied by some salty cheese.
