This 2017 Satellite exhibits bright aromas of lime zest, passionfruit and snow pea. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, with lively acidity complementing flavors of kaffir lime, tropical fruit and gooseberry.
Spy Valley’s sauvignon offers a lovely, generous example of the classic Marlborough style. Plenty of gooseberry and grapefruit on the nose, a full-flavoured and broad palate (as a proportion of the wine is aged in neutral barrels), and a long crisp citrusy finish. Mouthwatering sauvignon, hugely enjoyable and highly recommended.
A classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with intense flavours and crisp acid in a dry style. Full, ripe and rich, the powerful fruit flavours are supported by a concentrated, fine structure. A portion of our Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in oak barrels to give the wine secondary aromas, smoother texture and more complexity.
