With a mash bill consisting of the finest barley and malted barley, its unique and distinctive character is classic to an authentic Irish Whiskey. After being triple-distilled in handmade copper pot stills, uniquely designed for maximum vapor and copper interaction, the whiskey is aged for a minimum 3 years in bourbon casks. Following, the whiskey is finished in secondary casks including Single-Char casks, Double-Char casks, Oloroso Sherry casks, Rum casks, and Port casks. This uniquely finished blend results in a fine distillate that is both of robust character and a full smooth finish.
